To register, you need to be an active Army member of the Army National Guard, an Army ROTC Cadet III or IV, or a civilian working for the Army. In addition, you must have completed your CAC Step or have enrolled in Army e-learning to qualify for SkillPort.

The Army Skillport app for e-learning offers various online courses to its users. However, a user must first enroll and register on the system to access the courses. Once enrolled, he or she will have full access to all the courses offered. This way, users do not have to register and pay for each course separately.

After completing the registration process, the user will receive two emails, one containing the e-Learning User Name and the other containing the password. The user can then select a course from the collection and click the launch link to begin the course. The Army e-Learning logo will be on the screen’s right side. After clicking this, the user will be redirected to the next screen, where he or she should enter the CAC credentials.
